I really enjoyed doing this pencil and ink drawing, very relaxing.

Water colour, it took me a while to distinguish what it was but when I decided it was all systems go.

This was dip pen and ink, I was heavy handed with the wash and not really happy with perspective.

Aberystwyth
This was a great one to do over two pages in dip pen and wash. It looks daunting at first but engrossing and gave me a sense of achievement.

The life study was good as the pencil just flowed. This is one I will repeat because it was enjoyable.

Acrylic and I believe a bit overworked but enjoyable. I require more practice with acrylic paints. Enjoy painting as if you walk into it

A real confidence booster when not happy with other works.

This was a pastel piece and watercolour but I did not have the paints. Therefore it is a pastel.

This is second attempt, first time I did not really know who it was but got into the flow when repeated.
St Fagans building pen and ink
Pen and ink was used this time. Perspective was challenging but lovely subject, it takes a long time but you become engrossed and time flys.

This was a bit of a disaster, I will redo sometime. This left me feeling a bit exasperated!!!!

Sepia pen used, trying to improve mark making. Previous drawing it was with dip pen. I cannot decide which type of pen I prefer.

This was done in black ink . I enjoyed drawing this branch, now it’s just doing the watercolour to complete the image. I am wary of the painting as it may detract from the drawing.

With this painting I put watercolour on the dip pen nib to paint fine detail. My hand tends to shake a bit too much with a rigger brush.
